Today I’ll be writing about Bar Originale Bullet Ice Cubes. Bar Originale is trading name of under the Original Products umbrella and produce a numerous range of drinkware accessories. I have previously reviewed other Bar Originale products.
Today’s offering are these realistic looking 58mm calibre artillery shells that cool your drink, without diluting it. Made from food-grade 304 steel and a non-toxic internal gel ensure your drink is nicely chilled.
You get a cool looking plastic case that houses the 6 shells, simply pop them in the freezer for use over and over.
But are they any good? Time to test them out!
Packaging and Contents.
The Bar Originale Bullet Ice Cubes comes packaged in a black box which shows product images and specifications printed on it. The box measures 8.0cm x 8.5cm x 5.5cm and weighs 220G.
Inside the box you’ll find a plastic case, which contains 6 58mm artillery shells.
Bar Originale Bullet Ice Cubes.
Each Bar Originale Bullet Ice Cube measures 58mm in length and weighs 21G. They’re made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, they’re not dishwasher safe, so hand wash only.
After washing, simply pop them in the freezer (in the plastic case), after a few hours they’ll be ready for use. Take one or two and pop into your drink for an instant cooling effect, all without diluting your drink. I found the cooling effect lasted for about an hour, but this is dependent upon factors such as room temperature, and the temperature of your drink before adding the Bar Originale Bullet Ice Cubes.
They look very realistic; they look like the real deal (well to me anyway).

Conclusion.
The Bar Originale Bullet Ice Cubes wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice of design when choosing a non-diluting ice cube, but they work incredibly well. If you’re into the design, then I’m sure you’ll love both design and the product itself.
I still rate the Bar Originale Bullet Ice Cubes as a useable product.
