Packaging and Contents.
The Betron E50 comes packaged very neatly in a Black cardboard box with twine handles, there are product images and specifications printed on it too. The box measures 24.5cm x 24.5cm 9.0cm and weighs 880G.
Upon opening the Betron E50 box you’ll find the following items: 1x Speaker, 1x Stand, 1x USB Cable, 1x English Written User Guide, and 1x Betron VIP/Warranty Card.
Betron E50 Speaker.
The Betron E50 is a round, stylish and modern looking speaker. It’s Black with Chrome detailing for the central Betron logo. The speaker measures 20.5cm in diameter x 7.0cm in depth when the stand has been assembled. The Betron E50 weighs 740G.
I found pairing the Betron E50 on my iPhone a simple process. I simply switched on the speaker and performed a Bluetooth scan in my phone settings for “E50” and then connected.
The sound is really bassy and clear. I also like the styling too, it’s looks fantastic standing in a vertical position and looks a much more expensive speaker than it is.
The controls are simple to use, there are 3 rubber buttons on the top. The first is the Previous/V- button, the Pause/Call button is next and then followed by the Next/V+ button. On the reverse there is a power on/off toggle switch and a Micro USB charging port. That’s it! The Betron E50 isn’t over complicated with multiple menu’s or controls.
The stand slides into the back of the speaker along a groove in the speaker casing. The two feet on the stand are also made from soft rubber that provides both grip and protection for your surfaces. A small piece of rubber can also be found on the bottom of the speaker where contact with a surface is made, this again provides protection and grip.
On the back of the Betron E50 there is a cut out, this cut out provides your hand with something to hold onto when positioning or moving the speaker.

The USB cable supplied measures 65cm, it can also be used to play music as an AUX cable if your device doesn’t support Bluetooth.
The Betron E50 also has an in-built hands-free phone call system. When a connected mobile phone starts to ring you can answer the call by pressing the middle button and short press it again to hang up the call.
The charging time is around 2 hours which can provide upto 5 hours of audio play time. You are also able to charge and use the speaker at the same time!
The Bluetooth range of the Betron E50 is around 10M.

The first thing you notice with the Betron E50 is the design and styling, for which I love. The speaker not only looks the part but also produces amazing sound. The set-up is easy, and you’ll be listening to music in a matter of seconds. I highly recommend the purchase of the Betron E50 speaker.
