We’re Iliana & Krasimir, the family team behind FranJohnsonHouse.

Our shop started with a simple family moment: our son got a styrofoam airplane that was fun… but fragile. So Krasimir designed a stronger, better-flying version. Friends wanted one too – and that small idea grew into what we do today: thoughtful, personalized items that are made to last.

Sunday & Holidays: closed

We try to answer all messages and requests within 1 hour, but due to the time difference (6–12 hours ahead of the USA) there could be occasional delays.

Standard shipping
We ship worldwide with Bulgarian Registered Post.
All shipments include Priority Airmail + a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:
USA – Standard 8–12 business days / DHL Express 3–5 days
UK – Standard 6–8 business days / DHL Express 2–3 days
Europe – Standard 6–10 business days / DHL Express 3–5 days
Australia – Standard 10–15 business days / DHL Express 3–7 days
Rest of the world – Standard 10–20 business days / DHL Express 3–7 days

Note: Delivery time may vary due to bad weather, the busy holiday season, etc.

Express shipping
We offer worldwide shipping with DHL Express.
Delivery time is 3–6 business days worldwide.

Customs and import taxes:
▪ European Union (EU): No customs duties/fees at delivery.
▪ United States: DHL Express ships DDP (duties prepaid) – no surprise fees on delivery.
▪ All other countries (including non-EU Europe like the UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.): Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are outside our control.
