MOXKING LX28 Earphones.
The MOXKING LX28 are Red in colour (Blue and Black are also available) and feature a standard 3.5mm input jack. The total length of the earphones measures 130.0cm and weigh 18G.
They do feel really plasticky and very flimsy and the cable feels rather rigid and will tangle together quite easily over time.
These earphones have a special design that allows them to sit into your inner ear canal. Whilst the cable hooks over the top of your ear and keeps the ear bud into position whilst you’re moving.
It takes a little getting used at first, but after a while they sit quite comfortably and don’t wiggle out of position.
You also get an in-line control. You’re able to control volume, track selection, and even answer/end your phone calls. But, on my iPhone 7 I couldn’t control any track selection whatsoever.
The 3.5mm input plug is angled at 30° and will fit any 3.5mm input port. The plug features a 3 pole Tip Ring Ring Sleeve (TRRS) for Left Audio, Right Audio, and Microphone uses.
Sound Quality.
The MOXKING LX28 sound OK. That’s about it really, they sound OK. You get some bass tones and the treble is distinctive too. The unique ear mounting design adds a level of bass too, but if these aren’t placed correctly into the inner ear canal then the bass is heavily reduced.
I found the noise isolation to be very good, you’re certainly oblivious to any background noise and able to immerse yourself into your audio.
The noise cancellation is OK. Until, you increase the volume to around halfway and then people around you can hear your music.
But, you’ll be oblivious to the fact you’re annoying others around you!
You also get a built-in handsfree calling feature too. I was able to answer/end any calls using the multi-function button on the in-line control without any issues. The microphone is very good and clear, the call receiver can hear you loud and clear. You’re also to hear them too! After ending a call your music will resume.
