Retail Packaging.
The retail packaging has been well designed to not only protect the headphones but also with a brushed steel design it looks very industrial and gives the box a touch of what to expect. The sizing of the box is 21.5cm x 23.5cm x 11cm. The weight packaged is 510g.

Betron Retro Over-Ear Headphones.
This retro looking headphone by Betron is constructed from mixed materials including metal, foam and mostly plastic. A two-tone colour scheme of Black & Gold makes this a very retro looking piece of equipment.
They’re lightweight and comfortable on the ear and head when placed on. Due to the retro design they do look a bit bulky and not to my personal style, the metal bands stand proud above the head band and almost everyone can see your wearing a huge set of earphones. The ear cups are very comfortable but again are big and bulky and very round, the diameter of the earcup is 10.5cm!
You also kind of need a big head for these to fit properly. My head measures 36cm from ear to overhead to the other ear. If you happen to have a smaller head then the band will not be able to sit properly and the headphones would only be supported only by the earcups. The band is expandable to fit even larger heads and can expand another 10cm before the head band hits the metal bands.
Cable & Plug.
I quite like the cable. It has a fabric feel to it and although meant to fit with the Gold colour tone it is darker in shade and more of a Brown colour. It’s 170cm in length too, so you have plenty of cable without getting caught up on it.
The plug is a standard headphone jack type plug that fits into most headphone sockets on devises.
Conclusion.
Although not to my personal taste of design. These headphones are actually very good. The sound was of excellent quality. I couldn’t hear anything else within my environment, so the noise cancellation is excellent.
It’s a shame I don’t personally like the design though as I love everything else about them. Also, a built-in microphone would also be good, it is advertised on the Betron website as having an integrated on-ear control and microphone that gives you easy command of track selection, volume level and hands-free phone calls, and is fully compatible with Siri. But this is not true, and these headphones don’t have these features.
