My name is Heather and I handmake Riverfall Jewellery at my home in Surrey, England, using pretty gemstones, unusual beads and Sterling silver.

I don't use complicated techniques or busy designs. I like to work with unusual beads and gemstones and just set them off with simple silver beads and wire.  I tend to buy beads and stones that I like and then wait for them to tell me what they want to be.

My ideal customer is someone who doesn't have a lot of spare cash but still wants something pretty to wear or to give as a gift.  We don't have craft fairs in our area these days but when we did, I wouldn't have much to spend and might buy three things for £5 but wouldn't buy one thing for £15. That is how I have decided on my pricing policy. I spend a lot of time looking for the best deals, especially on sterling silver, so that I can pass the savings on to my customers.

I'm happy to change necklace and bracelet lengths or clasps and all my earrings come with a choice of sterling silver earwires, silver plated clip fittings or hypoallergenic surgical steel earwires, at no extra cost. I can offer sterling silver clip fittings too but these will incur an additional charge.  All clip fittings come with comfort sleeves to protect your ears, as sometimes clip fittings can pinch after a while.
