Yes, I agree with the following terms. Payment for each review is set at £100.00 GBP, this is payable within 14 days after the date of publication of your review.

Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal, the choice is up to you. Reviews take around 30 days from date of delivery receipt, this ensures adequate time to photograph, test and plan a review.

Please note My Helpful Hints is based within the UK, any delivery rates will need to met by the brand.

Product/Service:

Ownership of product/service will belong to My Helpful Hints upon receipt of goods, products/services are non-returnable and remain the property of My Helpful Hints. You will also need to ensure any subscription or additional costs associated with testing your product is made freely available to My Helpful Hints for the purpose of testing your item.

Intellectual Property Rights:

My Helpful Hints shall own all rights, title, content, images and social media content. Brands are allowed to use any aspect of the review for their own marketing purposes, but ownership belongs to My Helpful Hints.

Content:

My Helpful Hints has free range to produce content, this can also include both a positive and negative user experiences. No part of the review will be taken down/modified unless a genuine error has occurred. All reviews will include product images, My Helpful Hints requests that any stock images be made available to assist with the purpose of writing the review. Reviews will include multiple outward purchasing links, this include to a brands website and/or selling platforms such as Amazon etc.

Social Media:

All reviews are shared onto most well-known social media accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc, wherever possible My Helpful Hints will tag brand account owners into these posts. Furthermore, all reviews are entered into an automated social media sharing programme and shared randomly for a period of at least 12 months after the review publication date, these automated posts can't be tagged to brand owners social media accounts.
