Maisi M85 Dash Cam

The Maisi M85 Dash Cam is equipped with 6 layers of 4-megapixel lens, creating high luminance flux videos during both day and night.

To start using the Maisi M85 you’ll need to purchase a TF/Micro memory card as one is not included, and the camera can support a card upto 32GB and it’s recommended to purchase a class 10 or above card.

Next, you’ll need to insert the memory card into the Maisi M85 camera by sliding the power button to the off position and inserting the card correctly with the gold contacts facing upward to the LCD screen.

The next stage is to fit the Maisi M85 to the windscreen itself, this is a simple process with minimal effort, you just need to click the bracket onto the camera and put the suction cup onto the glass and secure.

To adjust the positioning of the Maisi M85 camera you need to loosen the nut by hand that is located on the bracket and the camera will freely move in any direction, when you’re happy with the position you simply tighten up the nut again.

The next stage is to plug the power lead into your car’s cigarette power socket and plug the other end into the camera, the supplied car charger measures 400cm and can be easily tucked and hidden away into the interior of your car.

Now you just need to slide the power button to the on position and the Maisi M85 will start recording.

Using the Maisi M85 Camera.

I found using the Maisi M85 camera to be really simple and easy. With only 4 buttons underneath the LCD screen the Maisi M85 is simple to understand.

When in use you can take a photographic snapshot by simply pressing the down button located underneath of the LCD screen.

The menu button is the first button on the left and brings up multiple menu settings, this allows you to set the date/time, recording duration, and other user personal settings.

The LCD screen produces excellent picture quality and measures 4.7cm x 3.5cm.

I found the recording of the Maisi M85 simply brilliant, the quality was fantastic and every detail from car number plates to shop displays was visible in high definition images.

The battery once unplugged from a charging source lasts around 30-40 minutes.

The suction cup on the bracket is also good quality too, it sticks really well to the windscreen without falling off.

I tested the emergency recording by simply pressing the OK button on the camera and it saved onto the SD card.
