Kroots KRT20 Speaker.
The Kroots KRT20 speaker is a round designed speaker, the colour is a two-tone Grey with a matt finish to the bottom half and a textured mesh design to the top half. The Kroots KRT20 speaker is constructed from rubber and plastic. The speaker itself measures 3.0cm high x 11.5cm round. The speaker weighs 180g.
The control buttons on the top control the Power On/Off, The Volume and Track Skip/Playback. The underside of the Kroots KRT20 speaker has a non-slip rubber ring and it has been designed not to slip around on hard surfaces whilst in use.
To use the supplied Carabiner clip simply hook onto the rubber hole on the side of the Kroots KRT20 speaker and hang your speaker whilst you listen to music.
To charge the Kroots KRT20 speaker, simply use the supplied Micro USB charging cable which has a length of 51cm and remove the rubber plug on the side.
On the side of the Kroots KRT20 speaker you will find the USB Charging Slot, a Charge Indicator, a TF Card Slot, and a AUX in cable interface connection.
Using the Speaker.
Using this speaker is easy, simply power up the speaker by pressing and holding the power button and search through the Bluetooth settings on your device until you connect with “KRT-20”, once paired the speaker is ready for use. I connected the Kroots KRT20 speaker easily to an iPhone and played music straight away from my iTunes library.
You can control your music library directly with the Kroots KRT20 speaker, you can skip tracks and increase/decrease volume with ease.
You can play music directly without Bluetooth if preferred using the supplied AUX cable which has a length of 58cm, to use simply plug on end of the cable into the speaker and the other end into your device.
This speaker also comes with a TF card input slot, this enables you to play music directly using a memory card.
Another great feature of this speaker is the handsfree phone call speakerphone function. This feature enables you to take phone calls simply and easily. To answer a call you need to press the power button on the speaker, to reject the call press and hold the power button. Your music will automatically play after you have ended the phonecall. You can even call back the last dialled number by quickly pressing the power button twice.
The Bluetooth range of the speaker is around 10M.
The charge time of the speaker takes around 1.5 hours and can play music for around 5 hours too.

Conclusion.
This speaker is small in size whilst also being powerful. It’s also great for outside activities and furthermore being splash proof is a fantastic feature. The design feels solid and well-built too.
