The HAVIT Magic Eagle Gaming Mouse is a 6 button USB powered gaming mouse.

You get 4 Dots Per Inch (DPI) settings and can select to use 800 DPI, 1200 DPI, 2400DPI, or 3200DPI.

This mouse is fully compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista, MAC, and Linux operating systems.

Packaging.

The HAVIT Magic Eagle Gaming Mouse comes packaged in a Black cardboard box with a White product image sleeve.  The box measures 12.5cm x 12.5cm x 4.5cm and weighs 210G.

HAVIT Magic Eagle Gaming Mouse.

The HAVIT Magic Eagle Gaming Mouse is made from highly durable plastic materials, it’s Black in colour and measures 12.5cm in length x 8.0cm in width x 5.0cm in height and weighs 110G.

The USB cable has a braided fabric design and is Blue in colour, the total length of the cable is 170.0cm

On the top you get 6 different control functions, these are a Back Button, Forward Button, Left Button, Right Button, Scroll Wheel, and the DPI Button.

Using the Mouse.

Using the HAVIT Magic Eagle Gaming Mouse couldn’t be easier, you just plug in the USB 2.0 connector into your gaming pc or laptop and that’s it!

To set your DPI preference setting you need to simply press the DPI button and the mouse will flash Red for 800DPI, Green for 1200DPI, Blue for 2400DPI, and Pink for 3200DPI.

After you’ve set the DPI settings the mouse will default into a light changing mode.  There is a way of stopping the mouse from cycling through the colours and switching it off completely.  To do this press and hold both Forward and Back Button and press the DPI button on top.

If like me you like the colour cycling function, the mouse will cycle thorough a selection of 7 colours, these colours are Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, Purple, Light Blue, and White.

The mouse feels quite chunky in the hand though and takes some time to get used to.

Conclusion.

I like this mouse from HAVIT. I love the LED colours but don’t like the shape of the mouse, it feels too big and clunky for me.  I’m sure this is just my personal preference. The installation is nice and simple and requires no setting up.  I like the braided cable too, it feels strong and durable.
