FOLS For Men Travel Kit

The FOLS For Men Travel Kit is a kit that contains FOLS Daily Face Wash and the FOLS Facial Moisturiser in a money saving, and airline compliant kit.

FOLS For Men produces natural skincare products that men don’t need to be ashamed to use. All FOLS products are paraben free, and use, wherever possible, organic ingredients. No nasty chemicals or irritants.

Not only do you get a rather nice smelling product range. But FOLS are building somewhat of a fanbase for their high-quality range.

But are these FOLS products any good? What are they like to use? Time to test them out!

FOLS For Men Travel Kit.

The FOLS For Men Travel Kit came as two separate and unpackaged bottles of both the face wash and the moisturiser.  Each bottle comes with a replaceable plastic lid.

Each bottle is 100ml in size and can be taken abroad on many airlines due to this convenient size.

FOLS For Men Daily Face Wash.

FOLS For Men Daily Face Wash is White in colour and is Lime scented.  This daily wash is ideal for men’s skin and for those who might suffer with Acne.  The FOLS For Men Daily Wash cleans, hydrates and exfoliates the skin, all at the same time.

Active Ingredients:

Aqua, Cetearyl alcohol & Polysorbate 60 (Emulsifying Wax NF), Prunus armeniaca (Apricot kernel oil). Aqua, Potassium oleate, Potassium cocoate, Glycerin, Potassium citrate, Citric acid (Castile), Cocos nucifera (Coconut oil), Helianthus annuus (Sunflower oil). Vegetable glycerin, Coco-glucoside, Persea gratissima, (Avocado oil), Stearic acid, Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin. Xanthan gum Aqua, Glycerin, Hydrolysed silk (Silk liquid), Ribes nigrum (Blackcurrant oil), Citrus aurantifolia (Lime essential oil)

I found it to be good, my skin felt cleansed after using.  One thing to note though, it doesn’t lather up in the palm of your hand as much as you might expect.  In fact, at first, I thought I was using the moisturiser to try and wash my face. It has the same sort of consistency as a standard moisturiser.  You only need a small amount to get a deep clean.

The Lime scent is noticeable but it’s certainly not overpowering, I think it’s just the perfect amount of scent.

FOLS For Men Facial Moisturiser.

FOLS For Men Facial Moisturiser is White in colour and is in a Black bottle. The scent of the moisturiser is Cedarwood and Neroli.  This moisturiser in perfect for hydrating men’s skin and contains anti-ageing properties.

Active Ingredients:

Aqua. Cetearyl alcohol & Polysorbate 60. Helianthus annuus (Sunflower oil), Vegetable glycerin, Olea europaea (Olive oil), Cocos nucifera (Coconut oil), Butyrospermum parkii (Shea butter), Prunus armeniaca (Apricot kernel oil). Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Stearic acid, Zinc oxide, Xanthan gum, Allantoin. Hydrolysed silk (Silk liquid), Tocopherol (Vitamin E). Helianthus annuus seed oil (Sunflower oil). Ribes nigrum (Blackcurrant extract). Sodium hyaluronate (Hyaluronic acid). Citrus aurantifolia oil (Lime essential oil). Lavandula angustifolia oil (Lavender essential oil. Cedrus atlantica bark oil (Cedarwood essential oil). Origanum majorana leaf oil (Marjoram oil sweet). Citrus aurantium (Neroli essential oil), Citral*, Geraniol*, Limonene*, Linalool*

I found a small 50P sized amount was more than enough.  The moisturiser quickly absorbs into the skin. I found it didn’t leave an oily feel afterwards and my skin felt smooth, whilst feeling soft and renewed. The scent combination of Cedarwood and Neroli left a beautiful after scent behind after using the moisturiser. You could be mistaken for using aftershave!

Conclusion.

I really like the FOLS For Men Travel Kit.  The combination of the face wash and moisturiser left my skin feeling clean, smooth and hydrated.  It did take some getting used to the lack of lather from the face wash, but it doesn’t seem to affect the actual use of the product.  I also loved both scents.  The Cedarwood and Neroli scent was my overall favourite.
